Welcome to Peace Counseling

Life can be heavy. Whether you're carrying the weight of past wounds, navigating overwhelming emotions, or simply feeling stuck — you don't have to find your way through alone.

Healing begins in a relationship that feels safe and authentic. My work with adolescents, adults and couples is rooted in warmth, compassion, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to ask for support.

Together we will

  • process anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and overwhelming emotions

  • explore relationship struggles, attachment wounds, and life transitions

  • build greater self-understanding, emotional balance, healing and peace.

You are more than your struggles

Using a holistic, trauma-informed approach — and evidence-based tools including EMDR — I honor the connection between mind, body, spirit, and relationships. Areas I specialize in include trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, attachment, and interpersonal relationships.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina and a Certified Trauma Professional.

Meetings are 52-55 minutes. I accept Aetna insurance and am in process to accept BCBS and Medicaid. Self-pay rates are $150 per session. Telehealth is always an option.

Ready to find more peace?

Most of us reach a point where we need more than we can carry alone. If you're there — I would be honored to walk alongside you. Reach out today to take your first step.

Meet Lindsay

Hi, I'm Lindsay Jordan, and I'm so grateful that helping people find hope, healing, and peace is the work I get to do every day.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I came to North Carolina for college and fell in love with the area. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and my Master of Social Work from NC State University.

When I'm not meeting with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our three children, whose ages range from middle school to college. I love spending time by the water or exploring Raleigh's greenways, and I enjoy adventures that allow me to experience different cultures and connect with people from all walks of life. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for each person's unique story.
